I encountered the problem as described by another guy,"After a power outage and rebooting my computer, in only my user account, the taskbar has managed to duplicate the open programs toolbar. Is there a way i can remove this extra toolbar. In the right-click menu of the toolbar it does not give me the remove option like all the other toolbars. I'd like to avoid making a new user account.
